It’s almost that time of the year again,  I wanted to discuss 5 ways how to lose weight fast. If your planning to set any resolution or take a trip somewhere hot to show off your new body then its best you start off on the right foot.

There is no point beginning  fitness and health workout routine if your not sure of what you want to gain from it. Knowing exactly where your going  before you start will keep you on the right path and headed in the direction to reach your desire weight lost figure.

Would you would go on a road trip without knowing where to go and how to get there without a roap map, direction and/or sat nav. So why start exercising without a plan and goals.

1. Goal Setting

Before you even set foot in a gym or turn on the latest exercise dvd. You need to determine what your goals are and write it down. Place it some where you can see it on a daily basis. Read it allowed twice a day, so that you stay focus on the goal at hand.

Always think about the bigger picture and focus on what you need to do in order to reach your goal. Your goal could be as small as to lose 5 pounds by Summer time or to fit into that pair jeans without sucking in your stomach.

Whatever your goal, write it down and reading it allowed every day will help to keep you on course and keep your commitment to yourself. Visualize how you will feel when you reach your goal, how will you enjoy the success of attaining your goal. Imagine how you will feel like you already have achieved it.

Acting as if you already achieve your goal will keep you focus when the pain of sore body parts begins, you will know why you are working so hard. Also you could set a goal to eat healthy food daily and cut out the fatty foods like donuts, icecream or chips which will add to your waist line or your lovely lady humps.

Some weeks you may not lose as much weight as you taught  possible, which is fine you may be building muscle which is a good thing. The normal recommended amont of weight to lose on a weekly basis is two pounds. So my advice is to stay focus and keep your eye on the prize becuase everything you want in life you have to work hard to get it.

2. Exercising

We need burn more calories then we eat in order to lose weight. Its that simple. The daily calories intake for men is 2500 and 1900 for women. We can quite easily pass that daily intake amount depending on the type of food we eat.

If you pop into your local mcdonals and order a  big mac which is 490 calares and I havent even consider the calories of the fries and coke.

So you can see how easily it is to surpass your daily calories intake. Its a known fact, that if we burn off more calories then we eat we will lose weight.

Even if you dont exercise but you limited how many calories you eat, you will lose weight but how long can you go on watching what you eat.

By eating the right foods to help burn fatty cell and calories , you will not need to calorie count. Simple exercise like walking, running, swimming, cycling can help to fight the fat.

I recently started using billy blanks dvds and most of the collecting of exercise equipment, I have collected over the years and I am sure you have a few too, so I am not the only one. Get serious about losing weight and dont give up otherwise you will be in the same position you were last year. Its time to let the real you out to shine.

Also get educated on the human body, learn about how to increase your metabolism and your body time from the experts in the field.  As much as exercising help you alway need to eat the right foods.

3. Eating the right foods

The whole point of finding out, how to lose weight is to implement what you learned immediately and put it into action. The right foods to eat are natural food without any processing for example fruits, vegetables, nuts, wheat products and many more.

Products that contain one item are the best foods you can eat that will help you to lose weight. Switching from white rice to brown rice or wheat products can help in your fight to lose weight. Maintaining good eating habits through life will help to keep the weight from coming back.

Its ok now and then to have a cheat meal but dont make it too often otherwise, it’s defeat the purpose of searching online to find ways to lose weight.

4. Drinking the right liquids

Try not to drunk large quanities of alcohol, so much because you can look at it as drinking liquid calories which in the long run will decrease the cash in your wallet and increase your waist line. Try substitiuting for a smoothee or no add sugar drinks or even water.

How can you say no to water especially when your going to be exercising. Drink a lot of water to help replenish your body during and after exercising.

5. Rewards

Every exercise program should include little rewards after you achieve a small goal. For example, if you exercise 3 days a week for 40 mins each time then reward yourself with small reward of whatever you fancy.

You can reward yourself with a little treat for finish a 45 min workout and/or for continue to stick to your plan of action to getting fit and staying in shape.

Knowing that you have a rewards to receive at the end of your workout session will keep you on track. One of the ways, I reward my self after an exercise session is to read a good book or relax for an hour without any TV. I didn’t say you needed to spend money.

Rewarding  yourself will help you complete your workout and you deserve it if you worked hard, if not still reward your self for trying but dont give up.

Setting goals is the first step that should be taken in any situation/area where your trying to attain a given outcome. Figure out exactly, how much you weight you want to lose, when do you want to lose it by and what steps you need to take to make it happen.

One you know your outcome take action immediately by eating the right foods that will help in your fight to lose weight, again there is not point in eating fatty high calories content foods. Focus on eating right foods and dont forget to reward your self for completing a task because who else is going to reward you.

With the new year fast approaching, many people will begin to create new-year’s resolutions to lose weight and search online for  the best ways to lose weight fast or the best ways to lose weight quickly.

The information available on that topic alone is vast. Some of the site repeat the same thing over and over each year which you already know.

What I wanted to discuss today is 3 ways to help you stay focus to losing weight.

 

 

1. Mindset

You need to be in the right state of mind when you begin your exercise routine to lose weight. What state of mindset do you think will result from negative thinking. You need to push yourself to do what you need to do. Plan ways to reward yourself for completing a workout session of  30 or more minutes.

Being in the right mindset will help when a  double fudge chocolate cake is stirring you in the face and calling your name. Being in the right state of mind increase and solidifies your chances  to sticking to your promise to yourself to lose weight.

Eating the right foods and working out daily will help in your fight to lose weight and knowing what you need to do is half the battle. Stay focus on the task at hand and in the right mind frame will help.

2. Know your why

Many of us might question what does knowing your why have to do with losing weight. It has everything to do with because if you dont know why your doing something what will happen. At the first sign of pain or defeat you will stop what your doing.

Which means you will stop exercising, eating the right foods, and stop believing in yourself. Knowing why your doing any task or setting any goals to achieve will again keep you on course. Your going to get results you dont like, your going to feel tired, body parts will hurt that you didnt even know can.

If your goal is to lose 10 pounds in 3 months then know why your working so hard for. It could be to fit into those new pair of jeans.  Knowing your why will keep you focus and make you push yourself even harder.

3. Schedule it

If your in the right mindset and you know your why then you need to schedule it. Combining all three will push you to do what it takes to lose weight and keep it off. If you dont make the time to exercise how do you expect to lose weight.

If you can spend 8 to 10 hours a day working for someone else, the least you can do is put aside 30 mins a day or every other day to exercising for you.  Make time to do the things that you need to do in order to lose weight.

The weight is not going to go away by itself, so what will it take to get you moving. It’s up to you to decide when enough is enough to chance your life not me . Don’t let another min by pass. Make your resolution become a reality.

Being in the right mindset, knowing your why and scheduling time to achieve your goals will only produce positive results once you apply them to your daily routine. There are multiple ways to lose weight available on the web today but for the best ways to lose weight you need to decide what work best for you and not everyone else.

How many calories should I eat to lose weight is the wrong question your asking. The daily recommend calories intake for man and women is around 2500 for men and 1940 for women. This also depend on your age and the type of metabolism you have. If you want to lose weight it is recommend you reduce your calories intake by 20% and begin to exercise. Its a come fact that if you eat less calories then you burn you will lose weight. If you also eat the right fat burning food and exercise you will lose weight.  Your body type also determine how quickly you can lose weight. I can’t say what your body type is but I am currently going through a 49 day challenge to burn body fat using a program I highly recommend. Click here to check it out.

Recommended daily calorie intake varies from person to person and if your a women or a man, but there are guidelines for calorie requirements you can use as a starting point.

Losing weight is simple but doing what it takes to lose weight is another story. Plan an simple in order to lose weight you need to introduce exercise into your daily routine, eat the right fat burning foods, and burn more calories then you eat.

My advice is to go into something and stay with it until you like it. You can’t like it until you obtain expertise in that work. And once you are an expert, it’s a pleasure.

There is this big confusion of what is the best ways to lose weight fast. There are many ways to lose weight that work but are not sustainable like taking diet pills, following the latest diet program and many more. I would like to recommend one way that can be sustainable on a daily basis by  following these 3 tips to losing weight and keeping it off.

1.Goal Setting  - Set your goals

Begin with the end in mind and imagine the steps you need to take to get you there. Who do you need to be in order to get the end results that you want? What do you need to do in order to get what you want? What will you have or gain in return for reaching your goal? Stay focus on the main goal and complete that before you move on to anything else. If you want to lose weight you will need to exercise daily or three times a week. Set a goal to exercise Monday, Wednesday, Friday between 6 and 7 am or after work. I can’t really tell you what you need to do, you need to tell yourself and motivate yourself to take action. At the moment, I am following a program called Burn the Fat, which provides useful tips, goal setting, figuring out your body type, and many more interesting facts about weight lost. Check it out and see for your self, if your serious about losing weight you should be open to what exercise routine is good for your body type and muscle mass that includes both women and men.

2.Eat the right foods

Eating the right foods can help the fight the fat against weight lost. Focus on eating the right foods at the right time of the day will help increase your metabolism to burn fat. If your a women the recommended amount of time to eat to help increase your metabolism is 5 times a day and if your a man its 6 times a day. You could set as a goal to eat every 3 hours from 6 am. Eating small snack like apples, oranges, bananas, and nuts(unsalted), wheat products can help to decrease weight gain. Eating fried foods will only add to your waist line.  Focus on healthy eating daily so that you won’t fall off the wagon or be tempted for a piece of chocolate cake. There is nothing wrong with having a cheat day but dont have to many otherwise it defeats the point in exercise and setting goals to achieve weight lost.

3.Exercising – Cardio Workouts

In any weight lost program on TV, you will see that cardio exercise is involved from running, walking, skipping to swimming. Focus on doing cardio exercises at least 20 to 40 mins day or 3 times a week to see results. Don’t expect to be skinny in a week from just exercising 3 times a week. As a rule of thumb when it come to weight lost is 2 pounds per week is recommended weight lost amount. You also would need to figure out if you lost two pounds of fat or was it 1 pound part  fat and 1 part muscle. In the program I am following it talking about knowing the difference between losing muscle and losing fat.

In this post we are going to focus on doing easy exercises to lose weight. When I say easy, I mean exercises that wont seem like a burden to do because your probably doing at least three or four of these exercises on a daily basis anyway.  I am talking about doing cardio exercise to burn the fat off. Cardio exercise is one way to help you lose weight fast and safe. If you do cardio exercise at least 3 times a week for 20 to 30 mins, you will begin to see improvements in your stamina, appearance, and most of all you will begin to lose weight. Don’t forget you must eat the right foods to help fight the fat and burn off calories. So let get right into it .

The best ways for anyone to lose weight regardless of age is to start with the right mindset followed by exercising and adding a healthy dose of sports in the mixs. It doesn’t matter what age group your in but if your a teenager who wants to lose weight, you have the best advantage being young and activities.

There is no if’s, ands, or buts about it, if you consume more calories then you burn off you will gain weight. Your here to find out how to lose weight fast as a teenager. The best advise I can give you would be to add these three activities into your daily routine.

Mindset

The dictionary define mind-set as an attitude, disposition, or mood and/or an intention or inclination. Basically you need to believe you can lose weight by taking action and by beginning with the end result in mind. Picture exactly where you want to be and work your way backward and see what steps you need to take to get you there. Set three goals daily which would include one or all of the activities  in this post.  Being a teenager has a great advantage which is you burn more calories then someone in there mid 40′s. Use this to your advantage and get active and watch what you eat there not point in having the right mindset, exercising and playing sport when your eating more calories then you burn. If you continue along the same path you will just gain more weight. Get active.

Exercise

Turn off the Xbox or play station for an hour and get exercising. Daily exercising or 3 times a week if you have a busy schedule but since your a teenager I don’t think it would be so busy that you can’t exercise at least 20 to 30 min a day or three times a week. Focus on doing Cardio workout. You can youtube some videos on cardio workout and get started without any money. Added to cardio out is eating the right foods. There is not reason why you cant lose weight. Exercising could be running, walking, or jogging on a daily basis. Get the heart move and burn off those calories.

Sports

Get out of the house and get active. Focus physical activities helps to fight fat and burn off the fat around the body. If you can’t find the time to exercise try playing sports like soccer/football, american football, basketball. You can choose some high intensity sports that can be fun for example swimming, badminton, cycling, biking and martial arts. You can learn a great deal from these sports like discipline, dedication, determination, self-control, respect, team work, and many more. While your playing these sports it wont seem like a task because you will be enjoying every moment of it and time will fly by.

By implementing these 3 activities into your daily lifestyle, you will begin to enjoy the body you have and lose weight fast. Getting fit and stay fit is a continuous effort so the moment you notice that your not being active tell yourself to get out and get active. Mindset, Exercise, and Sports are just some of the ways to lose weight fast.

Top 6 foods to stay away from to lose weight fast

I wanted share six foods you should stay away from if you plan to lose weight as these food will only add on weight. One of the best ways to lose weight fast is to watch what you ea. You should eat at least 5 times a day if your a women and 6 times if your a man. One of the ways I set a reminder for myself is by setting my alarm from 6 am for every 3 hours up until 9:00pm. Eating 3 hours apart is enough time to allow my meal to digest. Also eating 6 times a day helps to speed up your metabolism which helps to burn fat even while your not exercise.

So lets get into the top 6 foods to stay away from if your planning to lose  fat:

1. Fried Foods

2. Donuts and pastries

3. Ice cream

4. Soda

5. White bread

6.Potato chips, Nachos or crips as they say in the uk.

All of the above foods contain the most fat and sugar content which will add-on more weight on to your mid section. Trust me stay away from these foods if you want to have any chance of losing weight/body fat.

Goal Setting is the best way to lose weight fast and the only way to achieve your goal.  It doesn’t matter what area of life you’re in, people who are successful in any endeavour started with setting goal to keep them on track and focus.

Have you ever gone on vacation without know where you’re going, would you jump in your car and just drive without knowing where you’re going. So why would you start your fitness program without written down you’re goal.  It’s been said that 99% of success starts by goal setting. There is a saying I once heard “How you start something is how you finish it”. Start with a clear goal in mind and you will achieve your goal(s).
